Return and Refund Policy
Every Oro Garden purchase comes with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase, usually in the form of your order confirmation email.
Returns
To start a return on an order that has been delivered, please contact us at returns@orogarden.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error.
Returns should be shipped using a standard shipping method with tracking.

Cancellations & Changes
If you have placed an order and wish to make a change such as color, size, configuration, or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@orogarden.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If a shipment has already been dispatched and a reroute, intercept, or address change is requested, additional carrier fees may apply.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In some cases, we may first offer to send replacement parts or hardware before issuing a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that:
- original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law;
- return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error; and
- it can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
